Nicola Donohue (B.Sc.) - Associate Consultant
Nicola is a Science graduate from NUI Maynooth (B.Sc.). She is a specialist process improvement and development consultant who has worked extensively with blue-chip financial services and hi-tech manufacturing companies to reduce risk and optimise efficiency, productivity and profitability. She is certified (to ‘black belt’ level) in Six Sigma and has designed, project managed and successfully implemented process improvement solutions in operational and service functions ranging from engineering to supply chain and from finance to human resources.
Nicola has conducted extensive mentoring which enabled the delivery of savings in excess of $100M to one blue-chip multinational. This was achieved through the promotion of strong communication skills, the ability to manage change and the ability to build effective teams. Nicola is an experienced hands-on facilitator of strategy methodologies and diversity assignments in a wide variety of business functions and with senior leadership teams.
